I'd like to take you all on a photo tour of our festive home, so lovingly decorated and beautified. Prepare to be amazed!

Here is our tree, already set up and beautifully decorated with bows and balls and garlands and lights.
Here is a lovely scene of Christmas decorations, everything from nativities to wreaths and pretty old Christmas cards.
And here is the corner where the gifts will be wrapped and lovingly placed under the tree.
You can see that some of the gifts for the kids are already wrapped and ready to go!
Yes, in our home, the Christmas spirit and festivities abound!

That's too funny! With my classes only just ending last week, I hadn't done any decorating until the weekend, so our house didn't look festive until Saturday and Sunday. And all of our presents, though purchased, are sitting in the garage hiding under the denim quilt in the bike trailer... I'll get them wrapped, really... But I'm not feeling any great rush since Steve's family tradition is that the gifts don't go under the tree until Christmas Eve anyway. And if I put them out sooner, Madison would be quite likely to unwrap them all for us!
Hilarious Stephanie! Your house looks just like mine! It's nice to know I'm not the only one going through moving during the holidays. I know exactly what you are going through! Best of luck with everything!
Just wanted to stop by and wish you a blessed and very Merry Christmas! ♥ Hugs :) Shauna
OH STEPH!! At least it's all out and ready to get OUT of boxes, right?? You will get there soon!! I just know it!!
This was pretty funny to read! Some day you're going to look back on this Christmas and actually smile about it!
Oh man... I know what that's like! Our stuff got to England in December, and we got it the day after my birthday. I didn't even know until the day before that the guys were bringing it all the next morning. Mark was a tiny bit in trouble... :-) So I totally feel your pain! Relax, one of these days you really will have a gorgeously decorated house! With the breakable nativity (I admire your daring) and the creatively themed Christmas tree (How do you keep the kids from breaking everything?). Not to mention the smell of the gingerbread baking so the kids can make their traditional gingerbread houses. (Wow, do you go all out!?!?!) ;-)
Merry Christmas!
:)
Yeah, I know what you mean. I had all these grand plans for getting everything *done* before the baby arrived. Didn't happen. Doesn't feel like it's almost Christmas.
