We were lucky, in that we went early and are in a small town - there wasn't even a line and everything went very quickly. I had thought I wouldn't be able to register to vote, because I believed that I had to have some sort of "official" proof of residency - power bill, phone bill, driver's license with our current address, that sort of thing. But I had Jeff ask about it when he registered, and he found that all I needed was something that had been in the mail and had my name and current address; it didn't have to be all that official at all. So I was able to take a letter from Mom, and register and vote. Yay me!
When I looked out the window this morning, here is what I saw:

The leaves have finally abandoned their posts on the trees and decided to take up residence all over the ground. There sure are a lot of them!

You got a much better sticker than I did. We got something that someone made on a computer and printed off on address labels! Oh well at least I did my part!
Cool sticker! I was bummed they didn't give me one at all, especially because there is all sorts of free stuff you can get with your voted sticker. But Brandon gave me his.... :) sweet, huh? And in the end, we passed up all the good free loot.
LOL... you did get a better sticker :) My kids got one like yours at their mock election at school.
This was my first time voting.
I don't think we got goodies for our stickers... Bummer. My first time voting ever!
