Our realtor called us last night. We had set the deadline for accepting or declining our offer to be early this afternoon. But apparently the sellers' realtor is out of town until late tonight, so he won't be able to go over our offer with the house's owners until sometime tomorrow. So we have an entire extra day of wondering whether or not we get to buy this wonderful house that we have allowed ourselves to fall in love with. The suspense is killing me!
Anyway, just wanted to post this little update and get it out of my system. I'm just so ready to be done with this and move into a house already!

Is that a bi level house?
We have a ranch all on one floor. With a huge finished basement.
My favorite is all on 1 floor.

Pamela, yes it's a bi-level. 2 rooms on top and 2 on bottom. It'll be interesting being on two different floors, but fun!
