I haven't been crocheting much lately, but decided to pick up the yarn and hook again. Our toilet lid cover is old and falling apart. The rubber backing is flaking off and getting all over the toilet, which is just gross. So I threw away the old cover. I really like having a cover on the toilet lid, so I started crocheting a new one. This, to me, is better than spending $8 on a new one at Wal-Mart. I think I'll cross-stitch something colorful in the center when I'm done, to make it a little brighter and more interesting. Anyway, it's off to a good start and should be done soon. I'll post a picture of the finished product when it's, well, finished.
