That pie WAS good! I'm not usually a pie person, but your crust is so yummy. "You are incapable of making bad the foods you love." I heard that somewhere, and I think it's true. I have never made a bad cookie, or cake, but I have made some not very good pies. But now we will always have variety at family get togethers!
I can't take credit for the crust - Jeff made the dough and did the bottom crust. All I did was roll out and form the top lattice. He'll be glad that you enjoyed it!
Here's the pie and the rolls Jeff and I made for our Easter dinner last night. They all turned out great!
