Well, we never did figure out where to go to Stake Conference, so we ended up staying home. We got onto lds.org and played hymns for a while. Zaylee especially liked it when I played some primary songs for her, and sang along. My voice isn't that great, but she enjoyed it. We'll just have to make sure we find out where things are ahead of time next time.
I've spent a lot of time today looking at lots of recipe blogs. There are so many recipe blogs out there! You just have to follow a trail and who knows where it will lead you. I click on, say, Rachel's recipe blog, where there's a link to other people's recipe blogs. I click on one, check it out, and that person also has a list of other blogs. So I click on another one, and on and on. I've found so many awesome recipe blogs! My favorite that I discovered was Bakerella. This lady is so creative with cupcakes and little cake balls and cookie truffles. Definitely check it out!
This evening I realized that Zaylee really wanted some special time with either me or Jeff; she was just wandering around aimlessly, trying to find something to do. So I took her into the kitchen and she helped me to bake some yummy brownies. You can find my writeup of the event on my recipe blog. We had a lot of fun together, especially the part where we got to eat the brownies!
Thomas continues to be fussy and sleepy etc. But I'm trying harder to be patient and understanding, so I had a better day of it today than yesterday. Soon he'll be back to normal. The rash is already disappearing; you can hardly tell it was there anymore. Soon I'll have my little sweetheart back!
