Proud of Myself
I'm proud of myself because I worked out today. For a while, when we lived with Mom and Dad my sisters and I worked out together nearly every day. Then we moved and I've really let my exercise slide. I'm still keeping track of calories and still slowly losing weight, but the exercise really makes me feel great. So I did my exercise today. The only problem is that the kids like to be where I am. Zaylee kept trying to spread her toys out all over the living room floor, where I was trying to boogie with my dance aerobics. It was hard not to step on stuff and I had to keep moving things out of the way. Zaylee sure didn't like that. She wanted things to be exactly where she put them! Also, Thomas likes to be, not just where I am, but where my feet are, for some reason. I had to keep moving him out of the way so I wouldn't step or jump on him. Yikes. But after much perserverence and moving stuff, I was able to complete a 40-minute work-out. Yay me!

Don't you love how kids want to be just where you are at? At the gym William will stand by the play area net, pressing his face against it, and cry for me. The treadmill would take him fingers off, so in he stays. I am glad you got a chance to work out. It's amazing how good it makes you feel all day. Way to go!
