These are the Silver Dollar Pancakes from Calista's recipe blog. They are really good! (Thanks Calista) I had like six of them. I didn't count how many Zaylee ate, but it was more than a couple. Check out that huge pile of pancakey goodness!

I'm so glad you liked them! When we were first married I made pancakes for Steve and he didn't like them. He told me I needed to get his mom's recipe (there are only a handful of things that his mom made that he just has to have her way) and I've never made another pancake recipe since! He (and now Kellen) prefer their pancakes thin and fairly light, and will comment if I get the batter a little off :)
