Zaylee's Day

Update on Zaylee - she's doing better today, though still very fussy. When she's not feeling well, she tends to be extremely irritable, and cries at the tiniest thing. But she's getting better. And she's been cheerful for much of the day also. Just fussy off and on. I tried to call the pediatrician, but was unable to get ahold of them and get her scheduled for an appointment. I'll try again tomorrow.
Zaylee got to get out of the house today and visit Grandma and Grandpa (my parents). Jeff had a book that came in the mail there and he went to pick it up, bringing Zaylee along. He also brought his and her clothes from Sunday when Zaylee got sick, so that they could get washed (we do our laundry over there - cheaper than the coin-op). She enjoyed that. She loves going places with Daddy. Anytime she sees him getting ready to leave, she runs to get her shoes and coat, totally expecting to go with him. It breaks her little heart if he leaves without her. So she was glad to get to be with Daddy.

Well, I am glad she was feeling a bit better. I don't blame her for loving to be with Daddy, anytime we went somewhere with dad it meant a special treat!

It's good to hear that she's doing a little better. Madison loves going places, too, but the person she is most likely to follow out the door is me. She loves her Daddy, but she's attached to me...
