A Treat from El Salvador
Tonight for dinner we made pupusas, or stuffed tortillas. They make these in El Salvador, and Jeff was introduced to them in New York on his Spanish-speaking mission. Aren't these wonderful?!! We have a lady at work who makes them every once in a while. I buy a dozen whenever she does. MMmmm. She makes a relish, almost salad type topping for them, but I like to top mine with guacamole and fresh cut tomatoes.
